Personal therapy on a one-to-one basis gives an opportunity in
confidence to talk through any emotional problem or life difficulty. By
talking to a therapist you have the time to explore, to reflect and make
sense of what is adversely affecting your life, and, with support, to
take the opportunity of making changes.
Life is full of challenges, sometimes big and overwhelming. We rise to
meet many of them but at times it may be that we do not know how to
cope. We may feel frustrated, disappointed or disillusioned. We may
decide that we need inspiration and experienced help and support.
Our problems, whether they are large or small, are unique to us at the
time and to talk to an experienced therapist helps us to realise that we
are not alone. Help is at hand to support us in dealing with unexpected
life events, to comfort us when we feel we have lost our way and life
may seem to have lost its meaning for a while. We can begin to emerge
with courage, strength and dignity through a phase in our life, "going
confidently in the direction of our dreams".
Life changes and even chaos in our lives often bring transformation in
their wake. Here lies our greatest opportunity to learn and grow. With
inspiration comes the necessary shift of consciousness and healing.
